DiscountLuggage.com ships most orders via UPS. Some orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) to either help expedite an order's arrival or to allow for delivery to PO Boxes. Customers are always welcome to inform us using the comments box during the checkout process of any special needs for shipping methods. Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
DiscountLuggage.com offers FREE shipping within the continental United States on all orders over $50. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-5 business days. Customers are always welcome to inform us using the comments box during the checkout process of any desired delivery date. Guaranteed Same-Day Shipping*
In Stock items will be shipped from the DiscountLuggage.com warehouse the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 3:00PM PST). Orders received after 3:00PM or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day. DiscountLuggage.com will contact customers by phone or e-mail immediately if the shipping date of your order will be delayed. Most orders are shipped via UPS and properly insured at no additional cost to customers. Ordered items that can be shipped regionally to expedite their arrival are also properly insured at no additional cost to customers.

When will my Order Arrive?
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will in arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days. Customers are always welcome to inform us using the comments box during the checkout process of any date an order needs to be delivered by. How do I Track my Order?
Orders shipped via UPS will be trackable on the UPS Tracking Information Page. Customers will be notified of their UPS tracking number in their Order Status Update e-mail from DiscountLuggage.com. Customers that are not receiving the automated Order Status Update e-mail with tracking information are encouraged to login and view their order history for this information and or contact us via e-mail so we may provide tracking information via a direct reply.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska that qualify for free shipping in the continental US will incur additional shipping charges. Customers outside the continental US are encouraged to contact us ahead of placing an order to request the actual shipping fees for any order.

International Shipping
DiscountLuggage.com does not currently ship orders outside of the United States. However, international customers are encouraged to contact us when shipping an order to a continental US location is possible. Any orders over $50 are able to be shipped at no additional charge to the customer.
