Methods of Shipping
DiscountLuggage.com ships most orders via UPS. Some orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) to either help expedite an order's arrival or to allow for delivery to PO Boxes. Customers are always welcome to inform us using the comments box during the checkout process of any special needs for shipping methods. A customer service representative will contact you if necessary to discuss special shipping method options.

Guaranteed Same-Day Shipping*
In Stock items will be shipped from the DiscountLuggage.com warehouse the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 3:00PM PST). Orders received after 3:00PM or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day. DiscountLuggage.com will contact customers by phone or e-mail immediately if the shipping date of your order will be delayed. Most orders are shipped via UPS and properly insured at no additional cost to customers. Ordered items that can be shipped regionally to expedite their arrival are also properly insured at no additional cost to customers.

When will my Order Arrive?
Most orders shipped via Standard Ground will in arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days guaranteed. Customers are encouraged to inform us of any date an order needs to be delivered by using the comments box during the checkout process. A customer service representative will contact you if necessary to discuss all available shipping options.

How do I Track my Order?
Orders shipped via UPS will be trackable by logging into your account at DiscountLuggage.com. Make sure to view the notes for the order and click on the tracking number to track. You can also copy and paste any UPS tracking number into the box on the UPS Tracking Information Page. Customers will be notified that the UPS tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail from DiscountLuggage.com. Customers that are not receiving the automated Order Status Update e-mails due spam filters, etc. are encouraged to login and check their order history for this information and or contact us via e-mail so we may provide tracking information via a direct reply.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges to reflect actual costs to ship to those states via UPS. Smaller accessory orders that can be dropped in the mail may not require additional shipping charges. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska are encouraged to contact us ahead of placing an order to request the actual shipping fees for any order.

APO/FPO Shipping
DiscountLuggage.com will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses. Please contact us via email letting us know exactly what you intend to order. We can then reply with the exact cost for the USPS shipping charges.

International Shipping
DiscountLuggage.com does not currently ship orders outside of the United States. However, international customers are encouraged to contact us when shipping an order to a continental US location is possible.
